40 weeks & 2 days

We walked a very slow 3 miles through the arboretum to VeeVee for a Vee sandwich. Here’s hoping the walk or the tasty egg, bacon, & avocado sandwich will help move things along!   4:45 update: another mile and a half to get home, a bath, and then later off to dinner with Ron and …

Today is the official due date. Let’s see what happens…   Update at 10:00 pm – as of right now nothing to report. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

No Bump Today

39 weeks and 5 days… Today’s visit to the midwives revealed that Bump is pretty happy where he is right now.  Sigh.* I was hoping to hear that there was a little more progress at this point.  With that in mind Jeremy and I ventured over to Somerville for a little Tu Y Yo spiciness …

Who’s in and who’s out?

Here’s the predictions from the window outside of my classroom. Out of the game: Harry, David, Olivia & Kenton (Kristin’s kids), Lisandro, Rosalia, Buddy & Karen, Laurette, Lori, Cynthia… We’ll see about Leon, Roz and Margelis today!

Pregnancy stereotypes – again

1. Tired. 2. Cranky. 3. Ready to cry at the drop of a hat. Then again, at this stage I feel my mood is like the weather in New England… if you don’t like it, wait a minute. Update: 1:15pm A cup of tomato, bacon, cheddar soup from New England Soup Factory has made a …

Waiting…

This afternoon we met a second pediatrician and may have found our match. It’s been great to have a pre-screened list from Ron to get us started on our search and I’m glad we were able to do this before Bump arrived. In my mind for the last month or so I had envisioned us …
